Three products recognized in TASC Readers Choice Awards.

We are proud to announce our software applications for professional traders
have received the most Readers Choice Awards from Technical Analysis of
Stocks and Commodities Magazine in our history. Money Manager Pro received
the First Runner-Up designation in the Portfolio Management category. In
addition, Portfolio Evaluator Pro followed immediately after Money Manager
Pro, being named a Finalist in the same category. For the first time in
our history our portfolio software claimed 2 two of the top three positions in
the Portfolio Management category. Separately, the Dynamic Trend Analysis
Pack was an Honorable Mention in the Plug-In Software category. We believe

Release of Pcard Maximizer.

RINA Systems today announced the release of PCard Maximizer - the software to maximize performance of a puchasing card program and to make the job of a pcard administrator at every corporation easier. PCard Maximizer is a web-based Purchase Card solution that enables PCard Administrators to Save Time, Gain Control and Maximize the Performance of their Purchasing Card Program. PortfolioStream reviewed in Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities
Magazine.

Jayanthi Gopalakrishnan reviewed PortoflioStream in the June 2002 of TASC.
In commenting on the software capabilities she writes, "The product is well
integrated and robust. I don’t know of any other product that does what
PortfolioStream is capable of. It certainly fulfills a need."
PortfolioStream was created to dramatically extend the backtesting
capabilities of the TradeStation platform by allowing multi-market,
parameter, and time frame historical studies to be implemented in an
automated fashion.

RINA Systems speaks at national purchase card conference.
Jerry Howard, Vice President Business Development, participated
in a presentation regarding purchase card metrics at the NAPCP’s 3rd Annual
Conference on May 22nd in Scottsdale Arizona. Topics discussed included an
overall approach to purchase card program metrics and ways to quantify the
various opportunities that purchase cards can provide.
