PCard Maximizer:
Purchase card customers use this web-based product to:
- Analyze purchase card use to determine what can be done to increase the volume or number of transactions in specific cost centers.
- Identify vendors who are not being fully utilized.
- Audit purchase card use to identify potential abusers of the card, under utilizers and people who are operating outside of the established company guidelines.
- Communicate to management the cost centers requiring attention in order for them to operate in line with the established company guidelines.
- Automate the purchase card analysis and reporting function in order to save the purchase card administrator's time and report information in a more timely fashion.
PCard Calculator:
This is a web-based software product that allows purchase card users or those contemplating the use of a purchase card to calculate the cost of their traditional purchasing approach versus using a purchase card. It allows the user to tailor the steps used to build the cost profile so that it relates to the user's actual purchasing system. The end result is that it shows the cost of the traditional purchase of the item in question versus using the purchase card. The software also allows the user to extend the effect of their decision over a period of time to see the overall impact of the decision as far as the savings or extra cost they will incur.
Contract Compliance System:
This is a web-based software product that allows customers who have multiple plant locations to track and report on contract compliance. It allows the user to report on the usage by plant along with the lost opportunity, if any, due to a plant's not using a contractor at its site. The product is designed to interface with the user's database and provides purchasing management with the tools necessary to track contract compliance, direct supplier activity to get local plants to comply with the contract and, through visibility, provide peer pressure on plant management to get them to comply with the program.
Front-end Accounting System:
This is a web-based software product that is designed to interface with a purchase card user's database and its issuer's database in order to allow the user to:
- Input, track and report on all purchase orders.
- Allow accounting to validate against legacy system's edit tables.
- Allow cardholders to mark transactions as received and track partial shipments.
- Access the issuer's database for easy supplier selection via a drop down menu.
- Allow users to sort and search order lists by any order field criteria.
- Allow users to view and print order lists.
- Allow users to communicate to other locations when order status changes.
- Allow users to reconcile payment transactions in their issuer database with their order log data.
- Allow users to automatically reconcile line item transactions to orders on Level II or Level III suppliers.
